Two in three teenagers buy items online, with more than 50% using their mobile phone to do so. The most popular online purchases are video games, clothing and books.
Almost two-thirds of teens say it’s more convenient; 49% say they find better deals; 48% like being able to compare multiple brands without leaving home; and 41% say it’s faster than going to physical stores.
While there are more devices than ever before at their disposal, predominantly teenagers still prefer to use mobile phones, with 78% saying it’s their first choice.
